#lovelydata hack day for Greater Manchester transport

Lovely DataThis blog thrives on transport and technology, especially when the two are combined. We were therefore delighted to hear about an upcoming Transport Hack Day on Saturday 9 April 2011 which invites developers, designers and those with ideas on how to improve public transport data and maybe build some applications using that data – in similar fashion to those we’ve already featured here on the blog – to come together for a day to share ideas, knowledge and skills. We’re tempted to roll-up our sleeves and get coding ourselves: check out the Lovely Data website for more details on what, where, when and how to sign up.

Thanks to @alandholding for the report.
